These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and cucicuci2 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cucicuci2 website located at cucicuci2.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related promotional activities.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or otherwise using cucicuci2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on cucicuci2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of your country of residence or the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction if it differs.
• You are registering as an individual your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on cucicuci2. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or subsequent use.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of a cucicuci2 employee, agent, or business partner.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to notify cucicuci2 promptly if any of this information changes.

4.1 KYC Verification

All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to processing the first withdrawal request. Verification documents typically required include a government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds used to deposit.

cucicuci2 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cucicuci2 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

cucicuci2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and player account tier. cucicuci2 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which cucicuci2 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may be held, returned, or forfeited pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders in respect of funds constituting their real-money balance. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (indicative, not guaranteed): e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow transfers — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; FPX and bank transfers — typically 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals — typically 10 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

cucicuci2 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, unusually large withdrawal amounts, or where there is a material change in the Account holder's payment method or circumstances.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar period are determined by the Account holder's current VIP tier and the selected payment method. Details are available in the Account dashboard. cucicuci2 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

cucicuci2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and special event promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming the offer.

General rules applicable to all promotions on cucicuci2 include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any individual or coordinated attempt to exploit bonus structures for guaranteed profit is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per device.
• cucicuci2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed the relevant promotion and commenced wagering will be subject to the terms as they applied at the time of claiming.
• Maximum bet limits while Bonus Funds are active apply. Bets exceeding the stated maximum per round or per event may be voided at the discretion of cucicuci2.

All bets placed on cucicuci2 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or esports — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as communicated within the game interface or betting platform at the time of play.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game session or bet placement, cucicuci2 will use reasonable endeavours to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, the relevant bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account holder's balance.

cucicuci2 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, placed in circumstances that violate these Terms & Conditions, or placed on a market where the outcome was determined or influenced by factors outside of normal play.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on cucicuci2 covers domestic and international fixtures including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other global sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. cucicuci2 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including in cases of obvious pricing errors or in response to official regulatory directives.

cucicuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following self-management tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may have become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months,1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and the player will be removed from all marketing communications.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cucicuci2 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Coluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Identified exploitation must be reported to cucicuci2 immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cucicuci2 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the cucicuci2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface design, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of cucicuci2 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent of cucicuci2. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cucicuci2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

cucicuci2's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the six (6) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cucicuci2 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the outcome of any game or bet, and past results do not indicate or guarantee future performance.

cucicuci2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceding twelve (12) months.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring closure.

Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to a breach by the Player, cucicuci2 reserves the right to withold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to cucicuci2.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to cucicuci2's customer support team for resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process. cucicuci2 shall use reasonable efforts to respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Players acknowledge and agree that all gambling transactions on cucicuci2 are final once confirmed. Winings and losses resulting from lawfully conducted game outcomes are not subject to reversal on the basis of dissatisfaction with an outcome.

cucicuci2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the cucicuci2 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request via[email protected].
